Yes. The line is built with a high-efficiency dehydration unit (centrifugal dehydration + hot air drying). It can process PE film with a moisture content of less than 15% directly, and the moisture content of the finished pellets can be controlled below 0.5%, without affecting the subsequent processing performance of the pellets. No additional drying equipment is needed.

Our PE film pelletizing line is designed with modular structure and flexible connection port, which can be seamlessly integrated with the existing PE film production line (film blowing, printing, slitting) to realize on-site recycling and pelletizing of film edge scraps and defective products, realizing closed-loop material utilization and reducing raw material waste.
