Self Friction Heating,Save Extra Heating Consumption
Our OneTech plastic compactor uses self-friction heating to soften plastics; no need for electric heating. Our high-speed rotating blades work continuously with the raw materials, converting energy into heat inside the chamber to reach the softening temperature of PP and PE plastics. It cuts extra electricity consumption from auxiliary heating. And you don’t need any preheating time; the machine will start agglomeration right after feeding materials.
Good Raw Material Adaptability
Our plastic compactor can process waste plastics containing little dirt and water directly without washing in advance. You can save the investment in pre-washing machines. The small amount of impurities stays inside agglomerates with no obvious negative impact on downstream pelletizing. The impurities can be filtered out by a screen mesh, so the final plastic pellets can meet standard quality.
Optional Metal Detector and Variable Frequency Feeding System
We provide an optional metal detector and variable-frequency feeding device. When some metal particles enter the plastic compactor, it will stop automatically, and the alarm will sound. It effectively prevents hard iron pieces from hitting the rotating blades and protects the main machine from damage.
